About the Instructors
Hesley Valembrun
Your Xactimate Mobile instructor, Hesley Valembrun, is an experienced Level 3 Xactimate user who has worked in various firms’ managerial and field adjuster roles. He has worked for Renfroe, The Best Claims Solutions, David Morse & Associates as a manager and daily field adjuster, and Brush Country as a Catastrophe field adjuster. He has extensive experience in both Cat and Day Claims and holds IICRC certifications in Water Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. He is a certified Wind Storm Appraiser/Umpire and began his adjusting career in 2011. Additionally, he is a proud military veteran and business owner.
Alfred Rey
Your instructor, Alfred Rey, is an Xactimate Certified Trainer who has worked for Worley (currently Alacrity) Catastrophe as a field and desk adjuster & trainer. He has worked Cat & Day Claims. He holds a degree in construction, started his construction career in 1989, has been a licensed Florida Contractor since 2000, and has been Haag certified and a business owner .

You must meet this prerequisites:
- Be familiar with Xactimate
- To use the Lidar function, you must have an iPhone 12 Pro or Pro Max and higher or an iPad Pro 2020 or higher. Android phones or Android tablets can be utilized, but Android devices do not have the Lidar functionality.
- You must have a copy of Xactimate Pro, which comes with Xactimate mobile.
Upon completion, you will receive

- A complete set of Macros. There is no need to create a tree, as one is created for you automatically!

Description
Armed Forces Adjusting Service and Midwest Insurance Training Presents: Xactimate Mobile Training and Insurance Claims for Contractors.
The class will cover several topics, including:
- Grasping fiduciary duty and its responsibilities.
- Interpreting policies effectively.
- Skillfully supplementing claims with carriers.
- Deciding when to escalate claims to appraisal or suit.
- Proficiently handling proof of loss & reservation of rights.
In addition, We will cover Xactimate Mobile.
This class is designed for beginning to intermediate Xactimate users. It is ideal for restoration contractors, water mitigation technicians, adjusters, and estimators who want to learn how to use Xactimate Mobile efficiently, including Lidar and Xactscope Training. The course aims to help attendees convert what they know about Xactimate into XM Mobile for field use, which can result in increased speed and efficiency. The course content will focus on sketching, taking photos, labeling, using Disto measuring tools, practical applications using Lidar, and interfacing with a desktop.

Please Note: Xactimate Mobile is more compatible with Mac Products. It will work with PC tablets but may have minor feature differences. Xactimate Professional is required to use Xactimate Mobile. Please contact Xactware to obtain a 30-day trial of Xactimate Professional and assist in setting up Xactimate Mobile on your tablet.
We recommend utilizing an iPad Pro w/Lidar, iPhone Pro, or iPhone ProMax w/Lidar for the whole experience.
The Xactimate Mobile class will be taught by Hesley Valembrun, a Level 3 Xactimate Certified Instructor from Armed Forces Adjusting Services, LLC.
During the training course, a lunch buffet will be served every day.
